Adio : Drayton SL White/Black Print

This is the Adio Drayton SL  Model.

The color of these shoes are mainly white with the black design of a skull on the side of the shoe. Adio have always been known for their quality shoe, along with their ability to incorporate some pretty sweet designs. If these shoes came in my size I would definitely rock a pair of these before taking flight. These shoes also come with two different color laces, white and black.

These shoes are an upgrade from one of Adio’s classic and well received designs. These shoes in particular have a leather upper which is said to help with the longevity of the shoe itself. The Drayton SL Have a small amount of padding through the tongue and collar so it gives it a more of a thin look rather than a puffier look like other brands such as Vans or Fallen. These shoes also have some little circular holes on the front and a couple on the side which allow better foot breathing.  The outsole is made of rubber and these shoes give the appearance of a very sterdy and well made shoe.

Overall, I think these shoes have a great design, however if you are looking for a shoe with a lot of cushion support, these are not the shoes for you. They are more on looks and fashion then actual skate efficiency, however the rubber outsole probably offers up good grip for the kick-flip that you might to pull off while you’re in flight.

These shoes were originally designed in the USA and then delegated to be built in China. These shoes have often come with an extra pair black laces in case the skater wants a little bit of a contrast to the mainly white shoe.

Smith 1.5 : Ryan Smith Signature Model

This is Ryan Smiths 1.5 shoe is the February 2008 Model.

The color of the shoe is a mixture between red and black. Where the red and black are concerned, it is the inside of the shoe that exhibits the red, and most of the exterior is completely black.

These particular shoes have been boasted by the company for having Super Suede. It is not a typical suede which has no break in period. What the super suede offers is that it is 50% more durable and overall lasts longer while still giving the feel of regular suede.  What these shoes are made of us leather uppers and rubber soles. The outsoles  are made of Abrasion-resistent sticky rubber. The insides have a moderate amount of padding on the inside in the tounge and collar region of the shoe.
